Her character left Emmerdale last week, so actress Sapphire Elia has been making the most of her time off by hitting the beach. The soap star, who played Mia Macey on the ITV1 show, was spotted splashing around with her boyfriend in Cyprus.
The London-born 24-year-old is of Greek-Cyrpriot heritage and was keen to get back to her Mediterranean roots to soak up the sunshine. She was joined by her breakdancer beau Michael Worwood, 28, during the romantic getaway in Ayia Napa.
The couple, who both have family in Cryprus, met on the island last year and were instantly attracted to each other.
