She wrote that her husband abused her during their marriage and had homosexual encounters.
He says she has also made claims during promotional interviews on national television.
Linda and Hulk Hogan got divorced back in 2009 with Linda receiving more than 70 per cent of the couple's assets in their recent divorce settlement.
Charlie, whom Linda had been dating since 2008, proposed a year later.

Charlie is a former schoolmate of Linda's daughter Brooke, 22, and 19-year-old son Nick, who appeared alongside their parents on VH1 reality show Hogan Knows Best.
And it seems that Brooke wasn't too happy when her mum first started dating Charlie.
In an interview with E! Online last year Brooke had nothing good to say about Charlie.
'He is a loser,' she said. 'I don't have a problem with age - it's more about character. Her love is not real and not right.'
