Michelle Obama attended a state dinner at Buckingham Palace last night, where the first lady proved that she’s mastered trans-Atlantic style! Obama wore a white Tom Ford evening gown with crisscrossed straps, which she accessorized with an elegant updo, glittery Cathy Waterman drop earrings and ivory gloves—a formal dress code must. Although Tom Ford is an American designer, his headquarters are in London and he shows his women’s collections exclusively in London and New York, making her outfit choice a diplomatic one! Jersey Shore's dating guru JWoww wears a very short skirt on night out with her boyfriend

Jennifer 'JWoww' Farely been busy promoting her a book about dating around the US.

But the self-styled love guru took some time out for some romance of her own with boyfriend Roger Matthews last night.

The couple dined at Eva Longoria's restaurant Beso in Los Angeles.

While the Jersey Shore star's guide encourages women to show cleavage on a date to 'hypnotize the opposite sex', she instead opted to flash her legs in a rather short dress. 

Despite the high hemline, the one-shouldered frock was a surprisingly demure choice for the perennially tanned reality TV star.

Pairing her outfit with some sparkly stilettos, she clutched onto her body-building boyfriend's hand as they left the eatery.

With her hair in a side pony tail she also revealed the colourful highlights that are  scattered throughout her brunette mane.

In recent weeks JWoww has made an effort to tone down her wardrobe, which used to exclusively feature skimpy, flesh-baring costumes.
