But despite her impending motherhood getting that bit closer, the actress hasn't slowed down just yet.
She was spotted going about her day job as she filmed an advert in London yesterday.
And she made the most of the improved weather by stepping out in a summery white halterneck frock.
Proudly showing off her burgeoning belly, Sienna walked along with bare legs and no jacket covering her up.
